NHE Regional Manager

About the FCA Regional Manager Job position

 

An FCA Regional Manager helps improve student services. Working closely with supervisors, sales reps, fitness center owners and staff members, regional managers understand the day-to-day operations of each affiliate location. As an influential component of NHE upper management, regional managers assist in policy evaluation, improvement and implementation. Regional managers are involved in many affiliate business related decisions and, perhaps equally as important, are qualified to assess the direct impact those decisions may have on academic advancement and/or business relations. Regional Managers must be capable of assisting all affiliate locations, within a predetermined district/region. (Additional information)

 

An NHE Affiliate (FCA, WCA, PCA) is a separate entity, associated with the development and marking of NHE credential/educational programs.

Job Description

An NHE Regional Manager is primarily responsible for overseeing all affiliate locations, within a specified territory. This responsibility includes the management of NHE Supervisors, NHE Sales Representatives and Exercise Course Instructors.  Secondary responsibilities involve conducting weekly health/fitness classes.

Hours

Full-Time. Optional weekly schedules are (8-5 M-F) or (9-6 M-F) or (10-7 M-F) or (9-5 M-F and 9-2 Sat.)

 

Job Qualifications

Five (5) years managerial experience (fitness/health preferred) and must possess a substantial fitness/health background.

 

Type

This is an NHE employee position, not a 1099.

 

CP

Full Time: $85,000/yr. (Performance/3-8 percent comp increase evaluation every 12 mos.)

 

CP (Compensation Package) for this particular position is not based on sales quotas. There are no commissions, sales percentages, tiers or bonuses associated with this particular job title. Compensation package includes salary, shares and benefits (if applicable).

 

This job is a salary based, NHE employee position. It is not a 1099 or IC based position.
